As you might suspect, there aren't any magazines devoted entirely to electric violin. But the classical and folk magazines periodically do features on both electric instruments and avant-garde styles, so it's worthwhile to check them out now and again.

If you've got a pitch-to-MIDI converter for your violin there are a reasonable number of magazines (though not as many as I'd like) devoted to synthesizers and MIDI applications. And of course standard effects were originally designed for guitars, so they're heavily covered in the guitar magazines.
