 Also a maker of electric violins (and quite radical ones at that...in this photo he's playing one of his "Viper" violins), Wood is probably the most straight-ahead of the rock violinists. Guitar-like might be a more appropriate description, since he's gone out of his way to make his violins look and sound like guitars, and his playing style is well into the vein of Joe Satriani and Steve Vai.He's also built a web site that goes into more detail about his instruments and has some bio information.
